Though he struggled a bit navigating the screens of your computer system, he was pleasant and conversant throughout getting help when he needed it from Josh who seemed to be on top of everything at the store. Finally, the store manager ran to another store to get a new cabin air filter for my car when they discovered they were out of stock. Overall, a good experience and no sales pressure which I appreciated! My second visit and I will go back.

The three guys working Keenih, Joshua, and Kelly all looked at my battery and confirmed it was in good health still. They were so kind and understanding! I wish I would have had cash on me to tip them as they didn’t charge me for anything! This place is not the type to try and sell you things you don’t need. I’m so grateful for their help and definitely will be switching to Valvoline for future oil changes! Thank you guys again❤️

The technician opened the air filter housing to inspect the filter and kept struggling to put it back together. At one point, I noticed he dropped the ratchet socket while fastening the bolts, but I assumed everything was secure. When I got home, I realized one of the two screws fastening the housing was completely missing and the other was left loose. This is basic care and attention to detail that should never be overlooked. Now I have to spend time and money fixing something that was fine before I went in. I don't think I will ever be back to that location.
