  Nice folks, no wait, quick and efficient. With a coupon, the oil change price is comparable to other places. The price of optional parts is unreasonable though, so I watched a 2-minute video, bought a cabin air filter for 1/3 the price of a lower quality one at Valvoline, and installed it myself in 2 minutes.

  The Valvoline on E Wash in Madison specifically is the BEST! I went to Jiffy Lube for convenience even though this Valvoline is typically my go-to for oil changes, and Jiffy Lube had the worst service and didn't check for anything else that my car needed. Everyone at the Valvoline on E Wash are so polite and thorough with the service done on my car. They don't pressure me to do any services recommended on the same day, but they make it clear what services I can come back to do. They are so friendly and the vibes are better at this Valvoline than any other one I go to! Give these guys a raise!

  Se les olvidó reinstalar el protector del Motor de la parte de abajo, por qué se les olvidó y cuando regrese a pedirlo no dieron ni una disculpa, me lo entregaron pero si los clips no tornillos que lleva, muy mal servicio se supone que es si trabajo, they forgot to install my splash shield and “forgot” to tell me about it. They didn’t even apologize for not telling me and other than that they didn’t give me the bolts,wouldn’t recommend.
