  From start to finish, Safelite was absolutely fabulous. We had a break in on one of our company vehicles. John at Safelite was super helpful and friendly. Tech was out the next day, and the van was able to be back on the road. Can not say enough good things!!

  They get the job done, but the quality is poor. They try to upsell you with “package deals” that sound nice but are honestly not worth it. For example, charging $70 for wiper blade replacement and $50 for an air filter is ridiculous. No matter when you change your wipers, they’ll claim they’re bad or squeaky. Same with the air filter — they’ll show you something “dirty” and push you to replace it, even if it’s not necessary. Don’t fall for these upsells. Just be careful and know what actually needs to be replaced before agreeing to anything.

  Safeties AutoGlass gave me the option of same day service in their shop or next day service at my location. They kept me updated on their ETA time and were there as promised. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, which was very appreciated and interesting to us. Would definitely recommend Safelite.

  Great service, team communicated with me before and throughout the whole process. They exceeded their estimated time of arrival and finished the work way ahead of my expectations. Technician was professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend him and this team!

  Communicative, professional, and prompt, although the second guy who showed up to do the replacement's batteries were dead in his windshield camera callibrator, so I had to drive 25 miles to the Safelite facility to have the calibration completed, but this was no fault of the repairman, it was just a big inconvenience for me. I would recommend sending the repair people out with a backup device or charger. That is my only complaint.
