  Car wash is decent - 4/5. Price is Imo somewhat high but it’s a quality wash. Be careful of billing. The car wash unfortunately broke a piece of trim off our fairly new car. The manager was really nice at coordinating a claim to repair it. He even offered to refund the wash. Unfortunately the wash did not get refunded and they charged again the following month. We wrote emails 7 times and they did not respond to the query for canceling/refunded. We called customer service and they said they could not refund it as the wash was used. (even though this is the wash that damaged our car). When stated this doesn’t make sense to pay for the wash that damaged our car, they said either way they can’t refund it as the cost of the car wash exceeds the billed amount. They stated there was no way to escalate further or speak to anyone else. When I said I would call our credit card company to dispute it, they said it won’t do any good as they will bill it anyway. I tried calling the local manager and the phone number is no longer in service.

  Big man up front sold me that membership a while back. I mainly go to the one with the vacuums but every now and then I go back to this one.

  I came in to recently get my car cleaned! They explained that there was no vacuums which was a bummer. The person in front though was really nice and helped me understand all the washes! It was confusing to maneuver in their wash but the person was helping me really patiently. My kids loved the colors and I would come back again!

  It was my first time coming to a mister car wash with my girlfriend last night. Great wash highly recommend if you dont mind the big brushes touching your car. Definitely will become a member next time I stop in.

  The interior people probably had it for like 10 minutes. I mean for 10 minutes they did get a lot done cuz it was pretty dirty. But like also not great. I had just driven across the US with my dog and normally I clean my car myself. But I thought this would be nice since moving and everything was already a lot. But I kind of still have to go back through and finish cleaning everything myself anyways. I don't expect the car detailed but I do expect a little bit better than this for the second to top car wash. They left some spots pretty freaking dirty. I also don't think I would have noticed how much they missed if they had even bothered to put the seats back down. You can see that they like pulled the seats up and saw that it was dirty and then just like kind of chose to leave a lot of it. Also whatever was on the outside is chipping the tinting off my windows.
