- RLRyan & Josh LangFeb 11, 20261.0I really wanted to give this place a 5 star review. I have been going here for the better part of a decade now, but I'm writing this as a warning to others. If your vehicle is damaged during the wash by their equipment, do not expect them to pay out when you file a claim with their corporate office. The fuel cap on my vehicle was pressed open by the brushes in the wash, and the next set of brushes ripped the door off and dented my fender pretty badly. They told me that it was the vehicle manufacturer's fault for the design of the fuel cap, and advised me to tape the fuel cap shut before I enter the wash next time. There will not be a "next time" I'll be taking my vehicles elsewhere. I expected better from this company. If you damage someone's property, it's the right thing to do to fix it.
