I also had to ask for my tires air pressure to be filled and my windshield washer fluid wasn't filled. They also didn't check any of my brake or blinker lights.

I was $5 short on the taxes for an oil change , and I only had $3 . Matthew stood there, twiddled his thumbs, talked about his new pillows he just bought, and other stuff I shouldn't have heard about.... until one of HIS employees came up and offered to cover the WHOLE thing since I was short. It was offensive and impersonal for the MGR to just sit there while a customer needed help. Isnt that what Valvoline is for? To help the customers?? Its hard to believe Matthew didnt offer to do anything, even as a manager, what was $5.00 to give????? BIG SHOUT OUT TO DAVID!!!! THANKS FOR BEING A MAN DAVID- and going above for a customer!!!!
