They broke my wiper (and eventually fixed it free of charge). After the last replacement- in shop- it makes a whistling noise that wasn't there before the replacement; and now my windshield freezes on the inside. My dash also rattles a bit when driving. When I tried discussing issues with the tech-in a neutral tone- and I guess I was asking to many questions, because he got real short & obviously annoyed and pretty much just walked away from me. So, I decided not to request another replacement and just deal with this crap hand they dealt me, out of fear of facing new inconvenient & annoying issues that may come with the replacement. I wouldn't recommend them.

I was expecting a great service from safelite but they sent the wrong technician. Make sure next time your technicians finish their job or if you can’t finish it don’t make the customer wait too long.
