  I had my windshield replaced by Safelite and the technician who came to my home did an excellent job. She was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The whole process was smooth and she explained everything clearly before starting the work. The installation was done carefully and the new windshield looks perfect. I really appreciate the quality of service and her attention to detail. I highly recommend Safelite and especially the technician who helped me. Thank you for the great service!

  Had a small (less than a dime) spider chip. Tech showed up to repair and said "piece of cake" should take 20 minutes. After 15 minutes he knocked on my door and informed me he used too much pressure and broke the windshield. Had to get a new windshield. This was on a new car that I had added a tint strip at the top of the windshield. Of course I feel that Safelite should pay for a new tint strip since they broke the windshield. Had they fixed the chip, I would not have to replace the tint. The tech made no mention of the possibility of breaking the windshield during the repair. He was so sure that this was such a minor chip and it was going to be a piece of cake. Calling the "Customer Care" center only proved how much they didn't care.

  Scheduled easily online. Tech kept me updated and showed up on time. Having my son’s windshield replaced in my driveway without having to change out of my pajamas couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The technician’s name was Austin, and I will ask for him again.

  I highly recommend Emma as the tech to work with. She is extremely knowledge and completed the windshield replacement quickly.
