- LTLady TANDAMar 9, 20262.0I was honestly pretty disappointed with the service. When you pay for a car wash and interior service, you expect at least the basics to be done well. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. The inside of the car didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly at all. I couldn’t tell that the interior had been vacuumed, which feels like the bare minimum when detailing is offered as part of the service. On the outside, there was still water left sitting on different parts of the car and nothing had been wiped down. The windows were also smeared with some kind of residue, which actually made them look worse than before the wash. For the price being charged, I expected a much better level of attention to detail. Maybe it was just a busy morning or they were dealing with a higher volume of cars than usual. Either way, the quality didn’t match the cost this time around.

I signed up for a membership after being gone for so long and look forward to using it as I Uber for a living. Oscar, Max and the rest of the Mister Car wash crew did a FANTASTIC job at cleaning both my interior and exterior of the vehicle. It smelled brand new again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

- PRPatty RietzFeb 14, 20262.0I was not satisfied with their service. I asked for interior and exterior cleaning. The doors were not cleaned and the dash was still dusty. The interior windshield was still spotty and the exterior windows were water spotted. I payed to much for what they provided.

I take my 2 cars here often and most of the time they do I good job but lately the service has been bad, the last few times I let it slide but this time I can't. I was in a hurry and didn't notice the car wasn't cleaned properly, otherwise I would have say something before leaving the place.
