    Despite the work overload Kory still went above and beyond his job I waited for service that needed an approval which caused me to be there longer than expected but Kory’s great customer service communication and act of kindness made the wait not so bad and a job well done.. thanks

    The online appointments are not guaranteed. I got a call 4 hours after booking online that they are short-staffed, and won't be able to fulfill my request. I let them know I would not be taking my services there ever again, and the lady said "whatever" and hung up.

    I’m 600 miles from home and my alternator failed on a Friday afternoon. These folks replaced it the same afternoon. I can’t thank them enough. If I lived in Madison, they would get all my future business.

    Had a flat tire. They got me in right away. They put the car up on the racks right away. Was out the door in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!

    Polly and Thad will bend over backwards to help get your car in and get it fixed...correctly. These guys are the best for customer service and getting your car on the road again. I don't mind paying a few extra dollars when I know they go the extra mile. My car had an engine issue last night. They got me in while they were open last night and even though they are swamped, got it in to work on it today. The place I called on the West side couldn't get me fixed until Thursday!
