    My girlfriend and her mom and myself went there to get an estimate for her truck and I needed one for my car when they got done with there things for there car I asked about mine and I was told that I have to call to make an appointment to me that’s not right when my girlfriend and her mom walked in there and asked for an estimate and they gave it to them but I have to make an appointment for me to get an estimate something seems fishy with that I would not recommend going here

    My issue with this location is the lack of urgency and consideration to repair my car and return it back to me in a timely manner. I dropped off my car on 12/19/24. On 12/30/24, I was given an est. completion date of 1/10/25. Three weeks later, I still don't have my car. I understand delays happen with part deliveries, but why is it that when the partner facility Gerber sent my car to tells them all the parts they would need to complete the repair in advance, Gerber only sends them half? Then, Logan from Gerber, has the audacity to tell me that it's out of his hands! If Gerber had ordered all the parts when the partner facility told them to two weeks ago, I would have my car today and not "maybe by Thursday". They were aware of my transportation situation and have shown no consideration, nor have done ANYTHING to prioritize and expedite the repair process. All they have done is add to unnecessary delays. I will never bring my car back here! P.S. When I was speaking with Logan over the phone trying to get some answers, he hung up on me. Bad customer service and business practices.
