  I had a great experience with Gerber Collision! Kalei was incredible — super respectful, communicative, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. After being rear-ended, I was worried about how my car would look, but the repair turned out amazing. You honestly can’t tell anything ever happened to the back of my car (thankfully). Thank you to the whole team for doing such a fantastic job! I just picked up my vehicle and, so far, I have no complaints at all. Thanks for making this stressfull process a little easier for me!

  They did a great job on my door and fender, paint matches beautifully only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they were supposed to vacuum it and they didn't.

  This establishment took advantage of me in an unfortunate circumstance. It took three months to make the repairs. Their manager not only lied to me but, encouraged me to be dishonest with the insurance company as well. I wish I could give zero stars.

  This place is top choice. TigerShark, Aware Wolf and Knight One, have visited. They did our car repairs, looks great. Great staff. We have had bumper damage, from a bumber that has a warranty. They said they would call back, they have yet to do so. We got "manager in a meeting". from the new front CSR (miss the first one already, she had a snide attitude. Sure they are pretty busy, still no phone call, email or call. Wonder if they called or emailed the bumper warranty. We stopped by thier shop, because that's who put it on.

  I’m overly impressed. Haley was on it with text updates, voicemail updates and keeping me in the loop. The car looks and drives fantastic. Had a hit and run and I contacted Gerber and they made the whole scenario super duper easy. Boom! Thank you!
