    The staff are great. The policies for anti fraud are more insane than it was for me to set up my own business. You need to give them references and contact info, multiple proofs of current address, can’t use a debit card anywhere to reserve the vehicle, and employer information, like how long you’ve worked there and your boss’s name. Editing this post in response to the owners reply. The strictness is clearly not for the customer’s protection. It’s clearly to protect your assets, and is cumbersome, invasive, stressful, not user friendly, and above and beyond what it takes to purchase a vehicle, or even to fly to another country. We will be using a different rental service next time.

    Rental part was a little tricky, but after I got in car everything was smooth. After return stuff was own fault, Patrick (madison east) was awesome in making sure I was able to get back items I left.

    Worst experience ever!! They allowed everything to go through when the reservation was made....when I got there, they told me they don't accept debit cards without a whole bunch, which of course I didn't have....they then suggested I try Hertz or Avis, which has led to an already 3 hour delay.
