  Great experience with this car rental service! Although the rental was arranged through the other driver’s insurance while my car was being repaired, everything was smooth and hassle-free. They provided a newer vehicle that matched my request for four-wheel drive due to the snow, picked me up from the repair shop, and made the process quick and simple. All they needed was my driver’s license and a credit card for the deposit. Truly appreciate the easy and professional service! (I’m giving 4 stars because the car was dirty inside and out; it could have used a quick cleaning before being handed over).

  I had a really great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Honestly, I can’t complain at all. They treated me like royalty from the moment I walked in. Isaiah, the branch manager, and the rest of the staff were excellent — professional, kind, and just genuinely on top of everything. It was snowing, and they didn’t just point me to the car and keep it moving. They had someone shovel the snow around my car and someone else clean it off for me, which I truly appreciated. The rental itself was everything — clean, smooth, and comfortable. I left feeling really taken care of. I was very pleased with the service, and this experience honestly made me want to rent with Enterprise for life.
