I accidentally left a handicapped placard in the rental and received an immediate response from your corporate office and after almost a week, I still have heard NOTHING from this location. I can't speak to a manager over the phone because your customer service claims they can't transfer to a supervisor or manager. After 30 years of using Enterprise, I will never recommend nor do I plan on using again. The location in Madison, WI at the airport has EXCELLENT customer service & everything was perfect. Very quick & i would recommend this location for commendation on their customer service and willingness to answer any questions.
