- JBJust BcuzFeb 17, 20262.0This is my second rental, due to insurance reasons, I go through this company. Both times the car smelled of cigarette smoke. The first time I changed the car but the second time I didn't have time. They have you check off that you're okay with the car when you pick it up, so they are not responsible for what the car smells like after the large amount odorant to cover it up wears off. This time they charged me for gas even though I filled up right before, so did a employee take it on a joyride is the indicator broken. Whatever the reason, they wouldn't credit me the five gallons back and you know those prices are inflated, don't trust them.

Giovanni, the young man who picked me up and later checked in my car upon return, was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and relatable. He truly made all the difference for me.

Loving picking up and dropping the car off at the body shop. I had to wait for a bit but not a big deal. I personally think that working at the rental car is one of the hardest jobs. People either are from accident or out of town so they have already had a bad time so when things are tiny bit out of the expectation, they can be upsetting easily. So thank you for your superb customer service!
