  I have had very mixed experiences at this store. I have had very helpful employees that came out and showed me how to install something I got on my car and employees that acted like I was being unreasonable by asking him show me where something was in the store (and that guy was on his phone the whole time). I've always gone in there expecting mixed service and have been fairly happy and willing to come back even when I didn't get great service. Tonight however, I got home and look at my receipt and realized two things I got must have been in the wrong spot and were much more expensive than the price I saw posted. One item I thought was $7 and was actually $30 and one item I thought was $22 and was actually $44. I didn't catch this at the register because a different employee than that was checking me out was chatting with me. And I don't think my total was read to me and I just tapped my card. I got a email recipient so, I didn't see the issue until I got home. I can't prove that these things were in the wrong spot, so I don't see the point in going back and arguing with them. In between this and the mixed service I think might take my business elsewhere in future.

  I bought a battery. They helped me find the battery I needed. The staff knew what I needed and even installed new battery for me. The price was better than the competition in this area.

  I stopped in with a dead battery and Jeremy was extremely helpful. He helped me pick out a new battery, install it, and troubleshoot an issue with a bolt in my car. He went out of his way (on a very cold and windy day) to make sure the job was done perfectly and even taught me a bit about how my car's computer system works. I really appreciate Jeremy and Auto Zone helping when my car wouldn't start and would come again for future batteries.

  I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Jeremy. He helped me with a new battery for my Chevy Traverse, which anyone familiar with that vehicle knows is a very difficult and time-consuming job. Despite the challenge, Jeremy was determined to get it done and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to helping customers were truly impressive. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work — Jeremy certainly did. I highly recommend this AutoZone location, and I would like to extend a huge thank-you to Jeremy for his exceptional service.

  I was running late and got to autozone near closing. My battery was dead and my car would not start on its own. All the staff was incredibly kind and willing to help. Laurence especially took the time to help install my battery on my car even though the German engineering didn’t make it easy. He stayed past closing and happily made sure I was all set. Would definitely recommend this location!
