Went to Advance on northport and both guys had my purchase done and battery installed all in less than 10 minutes and were super nice while doing it—fantastic customer service (the kind O’reillys had literally 0 of). won’t be going anywhere else from now on but this location!

Went to do a return on a car battery that wouldn't even fit in my car and when the manager had to come up and assist they refused the return after glancing at the battery for only a moment. He said in a rude tone of voice that it was installed so they won't return the battery doesn't matter that I was given a battery that wouldn't even fit under my hood. Was not approachable or willing to have a conversation just dismissive. Felt like this was nothing but laziness and a refusal to serve customers. After explaining I never had any issues like this while shopping at O'riles I was told that they weren't O'riles so I guess Ill just shop there from now on since AutoZone doesn't want to help their customers when they pick the wrong part to being with.
