Went to do a return on a car battery that wouldn't even fit in my car and when the manager had to come up and assist they refused the return after glancing at the battery for only a moment. He said in a rude tone of voice that it was installed so they won't return the battery doesn't matter that I was given a battery that wouldn't even fit under my hood. Was not approachable or willing to have a conversation just dismissive. Felt like this was nothing but laziness and a refusal to serve customers. After explaining I never had any issues like this while shopping at O'riles I was told that they weren't O'riles so I guess Ill just shop there from now on since AutoZone doesn't want to help their customers when they pick the wrong part to being with.

It's uncalled for and I know. I'm not the only one that has doubt with the attitude of that certain employee. The lack of knowledge and the lack of customer service will have me never stopping at this location with my business again.
