  Needed my battery checked and the young gentleman I worked with made the process 100% painless. I did ask for the young man’s name, and believe I heard Maurice? He shared what next steps look like without me needing to ask— and to think I was nervous about coming in! Exceptional customer service.

  Jeremy was great!! My car battery randomly stopped functioning while I was at work today and Jeremy took a peek immediately and tested/cleaned out my battery and when we saw it was busted he helped get me set up with a new one and get it installed. Autozone is a chain but def felt like mom and pop shop level service! Will be back for future car issues in the future.
