The staff was friendly and helpful as much as possible. My first vehicle smelled like weed/cigs, they got me switched out eventually. Stuff happens so I'm not blaming them as they handled it the best possible. Just make sure what you're seeing/getting matches what they have on paper- damage, gas, etc. There's not many options in lacrosse but feel confident going with enterprise as the staff will definitely work with you.
