  The employees there were very nice and helpful. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manor and kept me informed every step of the way. I cant say enough about the service at Dahl.

  Over the many years of purchasing vehicles, I can tell you this, "It was an awesome experience working with Kyle Dulek, Brandon Fink, and Max Scheve." Too bad I couldn't afford the Corvette, however the Hyundai Santa Cruz will be much better towing a camper. Thank you!

  Oct. 22nd I signed lease for a NEW Hyundai Sonata Hybrid vehicle. Two months later, on the way back from our daughter's house, post christmas, the car suddenly developed a loud sound with vibration. The next morning I checked the car. I noticed the front undercarriage panel had partially broken off and had scraped on the pavement. I called Dahl and they said to bring the car in ASAP. After inspecting the vehicle I was told I need a new front underpanel for $470 dollars. I said I won't pay for it. The problem was totally a manufacturing flaw, not my fault. After an hour of bickering between the dealer and Hyundai, it was decided it would be paid for. Instead of getting a clear apology for my problem I had to beg for the vehicle damage to be covered? Totally not the service I had received in the past from this dealer. I was confused!!!!

  Kyle Dulek is great to work with. Purchased several cars over the years with his assistance. Great service, not high pressure. A comfortable experience when working with Kyle. Highly recommend Dahl Hyundai.

  I had called to schedule routine maintenance on my Hyundai Venue. The gal who answered told me no appointment was necessary for that; just bring it in. This morning, we arrived and were surprised to find out this was accurate. The man checking it in said it might be an hour and a half this morning. 45 minutes later, he told us it was ready. They checked tires, fluids, filters, and didn't try to charge me for anything it didn't need. The price was also less than at the previous dealership where I had to make an appointment over a week in advance and still wait nearly 4 hours because they "lost" my paperwork and didn't know my car was done. They were pleasant. The waiting area was comfortable. The coffee machine and snacks also better than the other dealerships I've used. Since I drive quite a bit, I've used 2 dealerships in Indiana, one in Kentucky, and two in Florida for my routine maintenance for my car which now has 35,000 miles on it. This was the best experience yet! Thank you! I'm hoping I'm back in Wisconsin for my next oil change. I just got married and we will be staying at my home in Florida over winter as I'm not terribly fond of temperatures below zero.
