    This has to have been the best Sales/Delivery experience I have had in many, many years. I was welcomed in to the dealership when I was first contemplating a trade. The pricing discussion was simple and fair. My sales associate worked hard to explain all the features of the new Enclave, and to make sure any concerns I was experiencing with my '25 Hyundai would not be an issue with the new Enclave. My sales associate maintained close contact with me through the build process. And finally, on delivery day, everything went smoothly and all parties involved in the delivery were excellent, just as I was expecting. I was comfortable with the final trade-in value of my Hyundai. My sales associate went over the new vehicle with me in great detail. The business agent handled the paperwork quickly and with no pressure to buy all the add-ons most all other dealerships do. We then did a few introductions at the Service Department, and both future service advisors were welcoming, and I'll look forward to continuing the relationship with the Service Department. In essence, this dealership reminds me of one I experienced years ago in La Crosse. That dealership, and now Clason, were identical in being very friendly and relaxed. Other dealerships in our area are so high-energy that they make you nervous when you come in for whatever reason. None of that was present at Clason. This is a really good fit for me.     Absolutely horrible. Went there to get my vehicle inspected for transmission suspicions. They told me the service was gonna be about an hour and if it was gonna be longer they would call me to let me know. 3 HOURS LATER I get a call saying that they found a misfire, an exhaust leak (that I knew about) as well as an O2 sensor. Note I work at collision repair shop and told them not to fix anything on my car as I can do it at the shop work at. When they called me they told me that they replaced the spark plugs that were bad and that they were gonna charge me $15 per plug plus labor. Legally they can’t do that without my permission and they had called me after they had already replaced stuff on my vehicle not to mention they said they they drove it but I have a picture of the dash and odometer before I gave them the keys and when I got my car back it had the same mileage I have bad wheel bearings and it’s causing my odometer to read 1 mile as 50 if they were to drive my car even a half a mile I would’ve saw the odometer change but it didn’t they even stated the before and after mileage of the car and it’s the same number as well would not recommend this dealership for service EVER and probably wouldn’t recommend them to buy a car either I will never go back to this dealership.
