  Came in to price some tires, installed. Lady behind the counter was looking them up while I waited, another older man came in and asked for Randy. Obviously the gentleman had dealt with Randy before. "Randy is busy, YOU! can ask ME! I'm Pretty Smart!! was her reply. The man asked about some work he would like done on his brake lines of his truck. The lady told the gentleman that he would have to make an appointment... Took his name and then asked for his plate number etc. I stood over to one side of the desk and could see Randy standing in the empty first stall. Not to busy to help a customer I would think. But then again the lady behind the counter was way to smart to realize most people do not want to speak to a rude narcissistic clerk when they want to talk to a mechanic. Well, needless to say, This lady lost possibly two customers in 10 minutes. The gentleman who, if I were him, I would find a better place to get service. And of course me.... Not because of the price, nor the make of tire or the labor to install the tires. Bions used to be a great place to come and talk to Bruce or one of the other mechanics about their suggestions. Now instead you deal with a inconsiderate, obnoxious clerk who SHOULD not be the service advisor for Bion's or any other full service garage. Sorry Randy, you lost a $297.00 customer today because of your hired help...Reading some of the comments, it seems I'm not the only one who found her to be a jerk. Matt's just got your money...

  Very polite and great service, called to schedule an oil change and brake check. They were able to get me in right away which was unexpected and pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new regular place to go.
