    Dahl Hyundai makes the buying experience very simple. There's no pressure to buy anything and everything is very well explained. Kyle Dulek does a great job explaining everything. They are always there to answer questions.

    My car was bad. Chugging, missing. Just rough. Dahl checked it over told me what was wrong & how much it was gonna cost & next afternoon by 3pm. My car was good to go. Drove like a brand new car. They did what they said they where gonna do + 4 recalls. Awesome. Very happy!!! I will use them again for sure.

    It was a fine experience but I got upsold a cabin air filter that is supposed to be changed every 15k miles and I only had 6,500. I am not a car expert and my guess is not everyone else is either. He gave me the sheet that had the info on when to change things AFTER the upsell and change. I didn’t like that one bit.

    I went in for a tire rotation and oil change, everything went great. Until I got the highway and my car has horrible shaking and my lane assist can barely keep me in my lane from it. I talked to a supervisor who basically said “it’s your problem” and all I wanted was a free tire balance. The weights were there when I took it in, I’m now suddenly missing three tire weights.

    I went for my 16,000 mile service. All was going well, but then they discovered I had a bolt stuck in my tire. They said tires probably needed replacing anyway, and they had a set available. I was really happy because in a previous car, I had a blowout on the highway from a nail in my tire, and it's always good to avoid having that happen! The staff were great, and I love the videos of the work done on the car.
