  Bad communication, had my car there for 2 days called a week in advance even. Then it sat for 2 days didn’t even check it out the first day or even try to find parts then still couldn’t find parts the next day and said I could come pick it up cuz it won’t be done till next week so there just goes $165 out of our pocket, unprofessional unready and needs to learn how to Handle work loads appropriately. Worse service I’ve had in the lacrosse area.

  Over the years I have had several interactions with Randy and his team. I am impressed with the consistent service, effective assessments of the problem and the affordable options. If six stars were an option, they would earn them.

  Very polite and great service, called to schedule an oil change and brake check. They were able to get me in right away which was unexpected and pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new regular place to go.
