  Staff is untrustworthy, and the repairs look absolutely terrible, house paint and a brush would look better.

  I had my vehicle repaired here after my son was rear ended and after picking it up I realized a spot was missed and there was a dent in my passenger door. The dent, to my surprise, was there beforehand. When I brought it back to get touched up they fixed the dent!!! I was extremely happy and that was above and beyond!!

  I am starting to wonder if my car has been chopped and sold for parts because from the moment I dropped my car off communication has been poor, and I have been flat out lied to so many times. I understand that as a collision repair progresses there may be additional needs that are found. First I was told that they were waiting for 2 parts that needed to be ordered…they would call me when they arrived. I wasn’t called. When I called back I was told that a completely different part was what was being held up. The last 3 weeks it has been about my hood being painted. Last week Thursday I was told I could pick the car up Friday as it had been painted and just needed to be reassembled. I was never called to be told that it wasn’t ready. So when I showed up Friday only to be told that the painter called in sick you might understand my confusion as I was told it had been painted. I was then told I would be called Monday. It is now midday Tuesday and not so much as a text update has been sent. No idea what is going on with my car or if it is even there as 2 1/2 weeks ago I was told it was being sent to their Oshkosh location and would for sure be done Monday. I wouldn’t recommend this collision center and am questioning my association with Allstate as they made me go there for an estimate in the first place.

  They communicated very well every step of the way. They met all committments and did a great job. I highly recommend Gerber in Kimberly. They did so well I bought their teams donuts after they were done. Outstanding.
