I online ordered a few weeks ago and went to pickup at 5:30pm, closed with no sign apologizing for the closure. Closed again today 2:30pm, no sign. I've called west bend store to see if they know why, but they have gotten calls from others upset as well. If ordering online I'd recommend west bend or Fond du Lac because you never know when you'll be able to get your parts.

And to make matters worse there open till 9pm on Friday and when I found out I had wrong parts when I got home tried calling no one answered so I went back and they closed by 830 unbelievable I will be reporting this to there corporate as well this place is horrible
