  The team at Kenosha Valvoline is friendly, and extreamly helpful. Nick was assigned to complete my transmission flush. The machine at this location did not have a small enough diameter to drain and fill my transmission. So Nick took the time to complete it manually. I am greatful he had the knowledge and took the time to ensure my vehicle continues to run smooth.

  Always a great time. Valvoline sends coupons and that helps! If trapped in this location during a zombie apocalypse. You don't have alot of options. Glass on the overhead doors means that its a matter of time abd pressure before they get in. Escape as soon as you are able to do so. While you might find a weapon or two, and some water. Unless you find someone's lunch you will need to keep moving.

  I asked that my rear passenger tire be checked because it still shows low. He said he did. I sat in my car watching him miss the tire when airing up the others. Left and tire was NOT aired up. Clearing looking at it shows low. Had to go to Kwik Trip in the rain to do it myself.

  Worst service ever, the moment I drove in the tech had an attitude, and to think I’ve been coming to Valvoline for all my services because of the efficiency and time saved, not on this location, this one tech lost the bolts to my skid plate as I was watching home in bolt them with an impact - bolts were just falling and rolling out on the shop floor and on top of that, there was no sense of urgency to try and fix it just taking his sweet time. I would’ve been alright had he just admitted that he made a mistake but having an attitude the whole time and not even acknowledging his mistake, pretty bad service, can’t believe I paid over $200 for this type of service

  wanted to get an oil change for my suv, i waited for over half hour before I was able to bring the truck i understood cause they had another car they had to finish. what pissed me off was i had to wait another half hour and while i was waiting couple of other cars came in and they jumped on the other cars and left me hanging. I asked the employee who had my keys hand them to me and left, while I was leaving I heard one of them saying sayanoraa
