  Ashlee helped me out yesterday with switching out my vehicle. She was so patient and polite. Too Have my car get totaled this month and having to get a rental car for the next month is not ideal . But she made the process extremely easy overall the Customer was absolutely amazing . And the staff that were working at the time all had smiles on their faces and kept checking up on me too see if I needed any assistance while the vehicles was getting cleaned out.

  From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and genuinely pleasant. I especially appreciated learning that adding insurance directly through Enterprise is the better option—such a helpful tip that made a difference in my confidence while renting. When unexpected weather forced me to modify my reservation, the customer service I received over the phone was truly exceptional. The staff was understanding, efficient, and went above and beyond to make the process easy for me. Because of this consistently great service, I’ll absolutely be returning to this Kenosha location for all of my future rental needs. Highly recommend!
