While I have zero complaints about the work they did (looks fabulous) my only criticism is you really don’t have an opportunity to speak directly to a human until after you book the service and visit the store, that’s when you get their direct line. Other than that, I would use them again… they also gave me $110 off my replacement which was nice. Thank you!

Rescheduled it for today, and I got a call this morning that again, I need to be rescheduled because the tech was sick. I explained I took off work for this appt, they weren't even willing to try and find a solution. We called a few local places and found a place that can get me in TODAY and was 1/3rd the price. I refuse to use Safelite after this experience. Just wanted to share my experience.

I scheduled an appointment and received multiple confirmation emails and text messages for a 12–5 PM window, no one showed up, and I never received a call or explanation. Their phone number connects only to an unhelpful automated system. When I finally reached a live person, the only response was, “We don’t know what happened, but we can reschedule.” At this point, I have zero confidence that a second appointment would actually occur. This level of disorganization and disregard for clients is unacceptable, do not trust this service.
