You have your employees shoveling the entrances to remove large amounts of snow, and even then it’s impossible to get in to wash the car. Why should I pay for a membership at a place that can’t even hire a proper service to clear the entrance so customers can come in and clean their cars that are covered in snow? Terrible service.
