  Went to pick up a car for a work trip. They grabbed me a car took me out there to take a look at it and it was just filthy dirty. I asked for a new car. They gave me another one and it was at the same level of filthiness. After explaining to the representative, they simply told me that they try to keep their cars clean. There is dirt in every crevice of this vehicle and it almost feels like you don’t even want to touch the car. There’s so much dirt hair and grossness. Enterprise has continued to get worse and worse.

  Lauren came and picked me up. She had to wait 5 minutes until the collision and my insurance company both got their info. She was so sweet and made conversation. Sometimes those rides can be ackward but she made it enjoyable. We got there and we knew we had to switch cars and I couldn’t climb into the other one. She did it with ease and even matched the original price. She walked me to the car and she explained the main operating things I needed to know. She was just so helpful and such a joy.

  I've used them a few times and the experience was GREAT. The fastest visit was great and Sarah was friendly and accommodating. This is my go to rental car company.
