  From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. When we first arrived to preview the lot we were not hounded by sales reps asking us if we needed anything. It was refreshing for us to just take our time and look throughout the lot. When we found a few vehicles we wanted to test drive, we walked in and Matt greeted us at the door. He was in the process of helping another customer who was picking up their new vehicle but took the time to get the 3 vehicles we wanted to test out. Afterwards we were able to sit down with him and he answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. At no point did we ever feel pressure to buy right then and there. 2 weeks later we decided we wanted to buy the 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 with the Elevation Trim. Matt wasn't there but we ended up speaking with the sales manager and the dealership's purchaser. They listened to all our thoughts and it was a very easy discussion when settling on a price. It wasn't a heated or intimidating experience. Matt contacted me the following Monday morning to set up the purchasing and a time to pick up our new vehicle. 2 days later on day of pickup, everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The sales manager even stopped buy, shook our hands, and thanked us again for our business and to offer any further assistance in the future. Matt answered all of our questions and took the time to go through all of the features and functions of our new vehicle; as it had been a long time since we had purchased a new vehicle (over 8 years). Nick in financing was also excellent. He went through everything in detail and made sure we understood what we were signing and how all the "numbers" came about, what they were for, and made sure it was what was previously discussed. We clicked very well with him and he made signing financial documents seem like we were friends conversing and laughing over lunch. Overall this was one of the best experiences we have had at a dealership from start to finish! It was our first time going to this establishment and we will definitely be going back when we are in the market for another vehicle again. We will also talk about our pleasant experience with our friends and family in the area. We are more than happy with our purchase! Many Thanks!!

  Josh, Nick and Dick made our buying experience beyond fantastic. Very personable and no pressure sales and service. My husband who hates the car buying experience was beyond impressed. So much so he’s referred friends and has told numerous people about our experience. They made us feel welcomed, cared for and were just overall genuinely caring. Mondale pitches, no awkwardness, just wanted us to have what we wanted. We will buy all our vehicles with them.

  The dealership was welcoming from greeter to finance professional, Julia. We enjoyed seeing our vehicle inside and checking out the others on display. Our Salesman, Trevor, was professional, timely during a very busy time, and very knowledgeable about the brand new model Buick Enclave as well as a wide range of other vehicles. Years ago we purchased a Tahoe and love our new Enclave. We will be back to see Trevor!
