This was evidenced by the fact that over $600 later, numerous things I had requested had not been done and the primary issue that I took the vehicle in for was not fixed. The diagnostic evaluation done was barely surfaced level and was done in a completely bassackwards fashion. Numerous potential causes for the primary issue I had taken the vehicle in for were not checked, or, we're not documented in the service record as having been checked or even considered. I highly suspect the former. As mentioned, the primary reason for the vehicle being in the shop was not fixed which, oddly enough, they documented right in the service record! The reasoning I was given was "Yeah, we noticed it shifts really hard but, no codes and the fluid was clean so...." Followed by a shoulder shrug. I do not anticipate ever using Gustman for service again and my recommendation to anyone that asks will be to go elsewhere.
