  Quick turn around for fixing a vehicle but holy crap the communication is very much in need of improvement. Rental car wasn’t confirmed had to wait about 2 hours 30 minutes to get lucky that a vehicle was found and delivered after I was told a rental would be secured. Told the vehicle is just above ready so I’d drive in to wait and a male employee seemingly having a bad day already acts like I’m the idiot for showing up when I had just received a call saying the vehicle should be done shortly. At this point I hope the vehicle look right at least cause the price to fix a door is outrageous here. Edit, doors looks good thankfully.

  Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. Took my car in to have the bumper painted. The color is off. I took it back in to have it repainted. The manager himself took a ton of photos, explained to me all his paint knows and years of painting basically telling me in a round about way I didn't know what I was talking about. Told me to take my car back home and he would reach out to someone to see what they could do for me and get back to me (so what kind of warranty is that). That was over 4 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing. Seriously find another place, save yourself a headache and a brand new car with a different color bumper. And on top of it they keep calling my boyfriend's phone when I am the legal owner of the car and have given them my phone number to call multiple times. Doing yet another edit. I see your reply to my review. I don't know what email you are using or what phone number you are using but they are not mine which I stated in the above edit. I have given the manager as well as the front desk staff my actual phone number multiple times and they continue to call my boyfriend. I have also provided my email and nothing from you has come to my inbox or my spam. I watched the manager put my phone number into his cell phone the day I took my car back in so there is no excuse why I am not being contacted. Why would you call a person's significant other instead of the owner of the vehicle. My boyfriend cannot make any decisions on a car that does not belong to him. If you go through your phone or go back through paperwork you will see my phone number and you are more than welcome to call it when you do.

  I had a dent in my car and had no idea where to start. People here helped me tremendously to figure out what exactly I needed. Kudos to everyone here. They made it super simple for me and my car looks phenomenal!

  Very good service. The woman at the front desk was really nice and kept me updated with everything going on. I hope I never have to get another car fixed again but in case I do ill definitely go back.

  Worst place ever. They have no idea what they’re doing. And they do not bother answering any of your questions. If you want your vehicle done horribly come here if you want it done good go somewhere else. That is why I did not even give them a chance to work on my vehicle. I took it next-door to Pernot.
