I got my car towed back to Valvoline, and they said they'd fix it, but they ultimately refused because my car is a hybrid. They kept my car overnight so their manager could look at it in the morning. They kept telling me they weren't trained on handling hybrids or that they were afraid of my car "exploding." They tried jumping the battery, but didn't know where it was or how to even turn my car on. Eventually they pushed the car into their parking lot, I went to walmart and got tools, and literally just fixed my own car in their parking lot in the rain. The whole experience took two days.

Technician was helpful and explained what was going on with my oil. We had to do a flush. Had to wait the 7 minute’s. We joked about how much it would’ve cost if we had gotten 9,999 oil changes and how much it would’ve cost… it was very fun. We all had some good laughs. We shared some stories about oil changes. My two dogs 🐕 got love and doggie treats! After the oil change a technician changed my windshield wipers. (Windshield wipers are expensive now $34.00 for each wiper) We said our goodbyes. I recommend getting your oil here! I had an overall positive experience and will return.

I had a minor problem with my front bumper, and I asked if someone could just look at it, knowing that isnt part of their normal job function. Not only did they happily agree to do so, it was fixed before I even knew it!! I will definitely go back.
