These people don't listen correctly the first time you call in about your actual problems. And when you clearly state front and back 4x that's two windows 2!! I was contacted by text and by email with reminders about the appointment and to confirm that I was going to be able to make my appointment. Safelite was always conservative about the amount of time the appointment would take, warning me that it could be 2 to 3 hours because of the nature of the recalibration that needed to be done due to the technology utilized by the vehicle I drive behind the windshield. I spent some time in their waiting room, which was clean and had coffee available for customers, which I appreciated, because my appointment was for 7 AM. Since I had the time, I walked to a local restaurant, had a nice breakfast, and was notified of the progress of my service work throughout the time I was away by both text and email. As I was walking back into the front door of the facility, I received the call that my vehicle was ready. The installation manager Paul gave me a rundown on the things I needed to know about it, and I was on my way. The entire process was done in an hour and 45 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I would strongly recommend Safelite to anyone who needed glass repair.
