- GMGary MJul 16, 20255.0No one in the truck business likes working on big motorhomes, but when my coach developed a DEF issue that would have immobilized me, Lakeside International came to the rescue. When it became a warranty issue, they worked with the manufacturer and resolved it quickly. Before they did any work, they placed protective plastic over the seats and floor and kept everything clean and neat (Ivory Leather – what mechanic wants to see that?!). While waiting for payment from the manufacturer, they kept it plugged in, in a secure location. I spent many years in the automotive repair business and can tell you, Lakeside International in Janesville stands head and shoulders above the average repair shop. They are true professionals! They squeezed me into what was already a tight schedule, got my coach repaired promptly, and handled everything perfectly. I don’t know what more anyone could ask for.
