- BMBen McMastersFeb 16, 20261.0Warning! Never use this place or any jiffy lube. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After my oil change, my oil light was on. I addressed it and was told it would turn off by staff and told I could drive the vehicle home. The vehicle drove horribly and had extremely low oil pressure. I got home and called immediately. I was told to drive it back to them. I told staff I wasnt comfortable with this. They told me they would figure out the issue and it would be ok. I drove back and they discovered their "technician" put in the wrong filter. This caused a back pressure issue in my engine and oil cooler as well as other areas. My car now leaks oil consistently. My driveway and garage floor are ruined. I was assured by the manager they "will make this right" it was on camera their mistake and they admitted fault. I provided the estimate for repairs which they submit to a claims dept. Guess what. They denied the claim and refuse to return calls and emails. After some research I found this is extremely common for denying claims and saying "its not our fault" and tell the customer we have to provide more proof. The claim department cited the reason for denial was my oil cap which was never mentioned in the first place. 2200 in damages plus a ruined driveway and garage floor. The manager simply tells you "i did everything i could". They literally get paid to change oil and screw this up constantly. Its a joke and the lies they tell you to make you go away. Never use this location ever! Never use a jiffy lube. Too many horror stories. Pay a professional not these idiots.
