They most certainly profit from peoples misfortune, but I suppose if your dumb enough to get yourself into a situation where you need their services then consider it a lesson learned! The sales person or "agent" that assisted me was very helpful in explaining every step of the process along the way and even assisted in helping me get the correct insurance I needed to carry at pretty good rate!

I had a bad experience with their sales people with misleading pricing. He listened to my complaints carefully and offered me solutions, by locating different service shop with better fee and giving me a credit for difference with the original quote. He provided an excellent customer service and I feel more confident with the company.
