- NJNick JamesDec 10, 20255.0The specialist was excellent. Can’t say the same about Intoxalock’s devices though. The specialist told me that these will give “false positives” and that it’s common. If you shut your vehicle off for 3 mins and it’s cold outside, it has to “warm up” from anywhere to 20 seconds to 5 mins. The device looks like a GameBoy, but the size of a god damn brick. Almost got into an accident because I was concentrating on blowing into the device correctly. But the guy that installed knew his stuff. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician. Service is great, but the technology is horrible.
