  Totally understand the prices will be high but given a $25 off oil change still cost me $74 for 4.2 quartz. Had to pay $5 for a used shop rag and a wrench that was used and paid for back in 2001. I was willing to deal with that even though it's ridiculous! What got me the most was they had no windshield wash that is supposed to be part of the bill. They didn't offer any type of discount even though I technically paid for it as part of their services offered. If I brought my own rag and wrench, would they still charge me for shop supplies? Someone should have been sent to another store to purchase windshield wash. Especially during winter months when windshields get dirty! On a positive note I will not be returning and will recommend other oil change places, every opportunity I get. I may not get my money back but if I stop one person, it will keep multiplying. They also never answer their phone or hang up on the caller.

  Pulled into garage and was not greeted, the guy putting in the information didn’t acknowledge me, I stood there for a minute and then he looks at me and says “ GO Sit down” I am actually still laughing about that, I’m glad I have humility now or that was not going to go well. Then watched them “ while standing “ check tires and change oil and checked antifreeze. Did not check air filter , did not check lights , did not check cabin filter or battery. I was in and out in 10 minutes and Thats my last visit to grease monkey. They had music blasting, Some red neck tv show blasting, the place was a mess, the cigarette smoke smell was strong abd guess what when I go to jiffy lube they are polite, have coffee and water, clean facilities abd cheaper…

  On 12/21 I went to get an oil change for my VW Atlas. After I pulled into the bay and shut off my car, I was asked my mileage and told immediately that the cost would be $156 and asked if I would I be ok with that? I told them that European Synthetic was not necessary and the next level Synthetic would be acceptable. I was ignored and charged the highest level with European Oil added. While waiting for the oil change, a worker under the car was loudly complaining about having to remove a factory skid plate before changing the oil filter. The worker above, seemed like the manager, also added to the complaining being done from below. Both men criticized my vehicle saying it will never see dirt so it (skid plate) was a complete waste. After the change was made, the manager attempted to make nice by reminding to me to stay out of trouble and a Merry Christmas. Not sure I will return to this location, unless I have no other choice.
