  Worst business ever they screwed up on the paperwork started to fix car without any permission then tried to lie and blame us, GERBER IS PATHETIC RAN BY A BUNCH OF VERY SAD INDIVIDUALS , for your own sake stay away very bad customer service the worst shop I have ever felt with stay away stay away way better options in Hudson and surrounding areas gerber is terrible read the reviews they have very few good ones

  My mom took her car here, had to rent a car for 4 days! They didn't even touch her car and she had to come pick it up and take it somewhere else. Ever since this new manager took over its gone down hill. Go somewhere else and save the headache.

  I had a couple horrible experiences using Safelite, so I was gonna try these guys. I had two windshields done here at Gerber in Hudson. One was a 20 Dodge Ram and the other was a 19 Ford F-150. Both had forward facing cameras in the windshield, so I was concerned if I had to take it to the dealer to have them calibrate the windshield cameras after they were installed. Not only did they PERFECTLY install the glass, they calibrated them onsite as well. They also put in factory OEM glass!!!! Yes, they are super busy because of the hail storms from the spring but I made the appointment and had them done the same week I called, I wouldn't trust the safety of my family to anybody else. Thank you Gerber!

  I wrecked the front spoiler on my classic car. I bought a replacement and brought it in to have them paint and install it. The vendor I bought it from said they sell lots of them and many shops get it looking like new. Not this one. They didn't fill a hole or sand it and they installed it with major body gaps everywhere. They said this was the best they could do. They asked me to change my 1 star review but did not offer to make it better or give me any money back. They matched the paint good, the detailer did a good job, and the receptionist was courteous. But does any of that matter when it still looks like this?
