  Super Disappointed and Never Again! — our travel group and I have used Enterprise many times over the years and have been happy with them. However, we recently had an experience which has caused us to join the “NEVER AGAIN” crowd. Every Christmas season we rent a van and drive seven couples around to tour Christmas lights and then go out to dinner. In December we went to pick up the van from Enterprise and when we arrived we were disappointed to see our van had a shattered windshield. We asked for a different van, but there wasn’t anything else available for a group of 14. So, we agreed to take the van with the shattered windshield. We noted on the rental agreement that the windshield was broke prior to our rental. Later that day when we had the whole crew loaded in the van we struggled to keep the defrost working because of the shattered windshield. We had to have one passenger in the front seat constantly wiping the windshield to keep as much visibility as possible. Ultimately, we ended up cutting a corner too sharp because of the lack of visibility and ran into a snow bank. When we returned the van we noted the damage and we were told to wait as someone would reach out. About 3-4 weeks later we got an email charging us $1,400 for the bumper and $660 for the windshield. We called and emailed repeatedly to get the windshield cost off of our charge and after a month of battling we finally got the windshield cost removed. We continued to work with the damage department to get the remaining amount removed because of the lack of visibility from the shattered windshield, but to no avail. We were shuffled back and forth between the local branch and damage department and finally got a denial email leaving us on the hook for the remaining $1.400. That is very disappointing! We got no apologies. We got no offer of future discounts on rentals and we got zero customer service. Suffice it to say, our group will have a tough time renting from Enterprise in the future.

  Would not recommend booking here! Called to confirm they had an suv available to rent and showed up within an hour and they had no clue who talked on the phone. Customer service poor manager didn’t even try to fix anything after driving an hour to this location to pick up vehicle. He didn’t even apologize or try to help find a different location.
