I asked them on the fly to do a brake inspection before the new tires went on, and it was no problem. I’m very happy overall with the service these guys provided!

While awaiting installation of my tires, the shop technician reached out to me and informed me that there was damage on 2 of the wheels straight out of the shipping packaging and helped me promptly file a claim to have them replaced in under a week. My situation was handled with a great deal of integrity and professionalism and I felt my issue was promptly resolved.
