My car was having battery issues and I was desperate because I couldn’t turn my car off otherwise it wouldn’t turn back on. He assured me that after getting a new battery I would be able to start it up again perfectly fine and even helped to install it for me. I am grateful for this man’s bravery and willingness considering it was bellow freezing today and one of the coldest days of the century somewhere around -30 degrees here in Hudson WI. He was very knowledgeable and showed me a variety of options and answered any questions I had. 12/10 experience, great customer service. Thank you! - Nate :)
