  I called on the price of getting a wheel balanced and was quoted about $38...when i got to my appointment i was told they could not balance one wheel, had to do all four. The reason given for the discrepancy was that the phone was answered in the Phillipines and they didnt know that they would only balance all four wheels....bogus.

  DO NOT GO! I went there last year to get new tires that came with a warranty. I paid the front desk in cash. After a few weeks, I had a flat tire and went in to get it repaired. When they tried to charge me, I told them it was under the warranty. They proceeded to tell me that they had no recorded of my tire purchase and the lady who ran the front desk quit a few days prior (they said she quit because of fraud she was committing). They went on to tell me there was nothing they could do (even though they knew she was committing fraud). I showed them the purchase slip I got, but they said because they were under new management, they aren’t required to honor it. Now I’m out $1,000 and have had to replace two tires already. They used to be my go to spot, but now they will find any way to charge you for unnecessary ad ons. Wish I could give 0 stars

  If you have a coupon they sent you will not take it charged me more for a oil change ridiculous

  When I called to make an appointment for a brake service wasn't really happy with who I got ahold of because it was a call center in the Philippines I was unimpressed buy the service and very lackluster in the approach because I should have gotten ahold of a actual person that worked in America instead of someone that is calling or answering phones in the Philippines so Car-X Tire and Auto do better and get someone to answer the phone that is actually in the states and get someone that will actually do the job and not ask people if they want extra Services put on because when someone asks for a manager immediately after the third time they say I don't want said service done and asking for a manager they should take the hint so big time goose egg for you guys

  Have had nothing but trouble at this location, took my vehicle in for an oil change in April ($173) and they broke one of my side mirrors. Covered under warranty but they never took blame for it. Decided it couldn’t be this bad a second time, well I was wrong. Quote was $208 for oil change, tire rotation was not necessary so I opted out of that. Wife picked up the vehicle and when she got home I noticed not only was I charged $25 for a tire rotation, but was charged twice for a shop fee $35 in total. Will never return or refer anyone to this company
