  Elmo was a very rude and mean employee! He treated us very suspicious just because we are immigrants and even all our documents were all right he refused to rent to us because we had a temporary driving license available until 2027!!!!!! 2027! And also was a real id. How is it possible to refuse to rent a car to someone with real id, credit cards and everything in order? The other guy was very nice with us and explained everything very polite and even told Elmo that is not a problem if is temporary license, should not be probationary. He was 10 times better trained than him, nice guy and helpful in the same time. Such a shame to have a racist employee like Elmo. We moved to another company that treated us in the right way and rented us a car effortlessly. I don’t recommend this company for tourist or foreign people, J1 students etc.

  One of the Best experiences I have had in a long time. Everything was 100% start to finish and beyond and the person we dealt with (I believe his name was Elmo) appeared to be an individual who was truly interested in Enterprise Car Rental and the customers they serve.

  I rented a vehicle through my insurance company while my car was being repaired. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I got to the repair place. An agent went over the workings of the vehicle so I could immediately be confident in driving and use of it. A very good experience.

  Elmo & his staff at the Packerland, Howard location were always friendly, helpful & made my 5week rental stress free. I def appreciate the location right off hwy29. Def recommend!

  I’ve been renting from Enterprise on Packerland (Green Bay North) several times a year, for business trips, vacations, and even helping move kids to college, and the experience is consistently excellent. The team runs a smooth, reliable operation. Vehicles are always ready on time, spotless, and in excellent condition. The staff provides outstanding customer service and is friendly, professional, and efficient. I also appreciate the helpful text and email updates that make the process even easier. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.
