I I reached out via email with a question and waited a week with no response. Once I left my review they reached out very soon after and have been responsive when I have contacted them with other questions. Their phone system is still fairly difficult but that's not uncommon among other places. I don't think I'll ever give 5 stars due to their phone system being too difficult to navigate but it seems when you voice that you're upset they will step up to help you.
