Terrible experience with Ernies
1) took them from mid Sept to December to do a low speed impact collision on a jeep they "specialize in".
2) they dont call with proactive updates. They did when I told them how dumb that is, considering im out of state and have to coordinate getting it.
3) tried to tell me my policy didnt qualify for OEM parts when that is literally the only thing I requested.(my insurance called them and they were wrong, imagine that!) .... I didnt even take their loaner vehicle. Also had 2-3 delays/push backs to the pick up date. This was supposed to be ready to pick up mid Nov but a mysterious part being out of stock, was an easy scapegoat.
4) picked up the jeep... battery was dead so they didnt even check when I called to say I was picking it up. They had to jump it...Owner was present...
5) radio didnt work when I picked it up....after they took it for a test drive, you'd think theyd be able to tell? Nope! They let the customer find out. You had the jeep for 3 months, absolutely unacceptable.....
They fixed the radio and finally started to get their act together at the end. They are nice people but clearly need more training or support.
If it was just 1-2 things above, sure whatever stuff happens. But the 5 things above could have been avoided or at least communicated way better. Step it up Ernies!

Ernie's Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my truck, I couldn't be happier. I asked them if they could touch up some chips and scratches on top of my insurance claim and for a small fee they did wonderful work on those repairs as well. Plus they cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my truck! Everyone was professional and super friendly. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Everyone at Ernie's for Repairing the Deer damage to the drivers side of my truck n also installing my Heavy Duty Grill guard n also rhino lining my truck bed...They did Amazing work...Thanks so Much.
