- PHPete Herkowski4 days ago1.0The skid plate on my vehicle was not reattached to the frame of my car. The skid plate released from the frame causing it to fly into the next lane as I was traveling 75 mph. I had to pull over on the highway and retrieve the skid plate. I took my vehicle back after the incident and the group that did the service re-attached the skid plate with ZIP-TIES! They offered no explanation or compensation. Needless to say I will be giving a negative google review as well.

I asked them to test my coolant to make sure my suburban was good enough for the cold winter climate in Wisconsin, seeing as my car was originally from California. they let me know that it was only good to 10 degrees, so I had them flush out the old coolant with some that won't freeze and ruin my engine. I got the oil changed, coolant flushed and air filter changed and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
