  Recently, I needed to have my car repaired after being involved in a rear-end collision. The claimant’s insurance company referred me to Gerber Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gerber coordinated both my drop-off and pick-up with Enterprise Car Rental, so I didn’t need to bring anyone with me. They handled all communication with the insurance company and kept me updated throughout the entire two-week repair process. Honestly, I only had to make one phone call—everything else was taken care of. The repair work was beautifully done, and as a final touch, they even washed the exterior and cleaned the interior of my car. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail, and I would absolutely recommend them.

  Recently got my front bumper replaced at Gerber Collision as my insurance company referred me to them. The work was satisfactory. I’m not sure they know WI DOT laws as they kept my front license plate off. I noticed after I arrived home and called to request them find and send me the plate. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Please send the plate!

  had a great experience with Gerber Collision. Kathy provided a quick and accurate estimate, and the repair work was completed in a timely fashion. I was kept updated at every step of the process, which made everything completely stress-free. They also coordinated seamlessly with the rental car company, which made the whole situation much easier. Overall, excellent service and highly recommended!
