Have previously gone in for windshield wipers and gotten help finding the correct pair, this time I went in with the hopes of changing my own car battery for the first time! I had gotten an okay start on it- using a good-enough adjustable wrench since I didn't think to bring my own tools from home, and didn't want to purchase some just for this one task, this one time. Just as I was starting to struggle and contemplate asking for help, Derek came to check on me! He helped me finish taking the old battery out and putting the new one in (but first putting the old battery back in to unlock my trunk in order to get the new one out...🤦♀️oops!). It was very reassuring to have someone there telling me that I *was* doing it right, and to make sure things worked at the end. I probably would've been there much longer if he hadn't helped out. *10/10 first battery change!

The cost was $9 at AutoZone. The estimate at the Toyota dealership was $163!
